Important notice for customers based in the USA
Due to the introduction of tariffs, an additional 10% will be added to the cost of items sent to the USA. In addition, a 50p Royal Mail handling fee will now be included in US shipping rates.
International delivery costs are based on the value of your order and are calculated at checkout. Please add products to your basket and follow the order process through to confirm the delivery price.
We use Royal Mail's International service which has a delivery aim of 3-5 days to Europe and 5-7 days to the the rest of the world. For most international orders we will use a tracked and/or signed for service so a signature may be required on delivery.
If your items have not arrived within 10 days of you placing your order then please contact us at hello@thetrailsshop.co.uk. If we do not hear from you about a missing parcel within 15 days of your order being placed then we may not be able to replace the items.
Please note that international orders may be subject to to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country and you, as the buyer, will be required to pay these before you receive the item(s). The Trails Shop is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply once a purchase is completed. Charges for orders sent to the EU can be around £30 for a single item.
