Facila UpSeat sit mat

It's lovely stopping for a drink or a bite to eat on a walk, but where do you sit? The ground is often wet, muddy and cold. You need a sit mat! 

Get an extra warm feeling from this sit mat, as it is made from waste, specifically offcuts from production of sleeping mats. So it is upcycling and reducing landfill. Perfect! 

As it's made from offcuts each one is different, but they are all colourful and lovely to sit on. 

The Facila UpSeat is an upcycling product. The seat pad is made from offcuts generated during the production of sleeping mats. The material scraps that would normally end up in the trash are recycled and turned into an alternative product. The great advantage of this manufacturing process is that by reusing existing materials, the use of raw materials is reduced.

What makes the UpSeat special is firstly the recomposition of the materials (mix of XPE and IXPE) and secondly the random colour scheme of each product. Each seat is unique in its colour composition and therefore one of a kind.
