Northumberland Coast Path Passport

The Northumberland Coast Path stretches for 105 kilometres (65 miles) along stunning coastline, starting from Cresswell in the south and ending at Berwick-upon-Tweed in the north.

This path takes you alongside sandy beaches, past dramatic castles, and through charming coastal villages, showcasing a continuously changing landscape.
While walking the route, your Northumberland Coast Path Passport can be stamped by the accommodation where you spend a night, the places that you eat and drink at, or the shops you buy a souvenir in. A stamp from these Welcome Ports is a memento of a stay at a brilliant B&B or a tasty ice cream along the way.
We suggest you collect a minimum of five stamps in total from the local Northumberland businesses listed as Welcome Ports, which are integral to experiencing the Coast Path route.

After you complete the walk
Now that you have completed your walk, present your stamped passport at the Berwick Tourist Information Centre, located at the Berwick Library, to receive your Northumberland Coast Path certificate.
