This is a truly gorgeous book of 30 walks on the England Coast Path. Written by well-respected author Andrew McCloy it includes full details of 30 walks, along with sections of Ordnance Survey maps and lots of fascinating information.

This large-format guidebook presents 30 of the most accessible and varied stretches from around the England Coast Path, England's longest National Trail and the worlds longest coastal path. Routes range from 9 to 45km (5.6 - 28 miles), spanning between 3 and 12 hours, so they can be handpicked to suit all abilities. Walkable all year round, the routes have been purposefully chosen near to public transport links.

Incorporating stunning photography of Britain's coastline, the guide will encourage a wide audience to explore both well-loved and less well-known areas of shoreline, from sandy and shingle beaches to striking cliff coast. Fascinating snippets of history and geology are interspersed throughout, and the appendices contain useful websites and further reading.

Route descriptions are accompanied by maps highlighting the route and surrounding facilities. Included alongside each walk are comprehensive listings of public transport, toilets and places to eat and drink, which highlight the excellent walking infrastructure and make each walk more accessible. Invaluable information such as terrain, distance and timing allow for easy planning, a route summary table allows for custom choice, and there are also GPX files available for free download.
