We've found an old Pennine Way sign in our store. This sign hasn't been used on the trail, but it was made to be used.
We know this for a fact, because one of our team worked on the Pennine Way in the 1990s and had these signs made! It is a genuine Pennine Way sign blade. You will see ones like it out on the trail, although this one is nice and clean! This has to be unique, there can't be many unused ones left anywhere.
It's made of oak, 73cm long, 11cm wide and 2.5cm deep. The writing is on both sides.
